Essential Hire Information
Insurance & Insurance Waiver
For self drive hires, customers must have hired in plan insurance to cover the machine for loss or damages. We understand that many people don’t have hired in plant insurance and so we have a waiver policy instead which we charge at 20% of the total hire cost. This small fee ensures the equipment is fully covered while its in your care. Our machines are a vital part of our business and we keep them in good condition to give you the best hire experience. This policy is simply there to protect both you and us while the kit is in your care.
Requirements for hire
Before any hire can go ahead we require a utility bill dated within the last 3 months, along with a valid for of photo ID. Acceptable ID includes a drivers license, passport or other official document provided it is in date.
