Viper Rentals has a variety of Plant Hire based in Kent with free deliver and collection available.
What is your minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is one day, with discounted rates available for longer bookings.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we understand that emergencies arise and will try to accommodate short-notice requests when possible.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice incur no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What if bad weather prevents my work?
We monitor weather conditions and may reschedule bookings if conditions are unsafe. If a job is midway when weather deteriorates, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
What training is provided for self-drive hire?
We can provide a basic hand over for plant being hired, but we strongly recommend the hirer has relevant qualifications or experience to safely operate the machines that they are hiring.
Do your operators have special qualifications?
Yes, all our operators are fully trained and hold IPAF certification as well as extensive experience in platform and excavator operation.
